To provide the “Total Customer Care and Satisfaction Package” we have setup a “Full-Service” After-Sales Service department, with the mandate; to provide the local presence required to encourage customer confidence.

Our service department provides local access to technical support & service, along with the capability to provide Tier 1 & 2 repairs, calibration and start-up services it also supports and is available for all of PROVAN’s business units.
